自然を感じる”もの”、自然を感じさせる”空間”、自然に囲まれた”環境”をつくる。評価数値志向の傾向があるサスティナブル、SDGｓ、カーボンフリーなどの取り組みを越えて、そこへ”かえる”、”かえりたくなる”場や場所をつくることを、イナガキケンチクケンキュウショは目指しています。
Unit0 Saigon Cafe & Studioは、我々の拠点、showcaseとしてホーチミンにオープン、いくつかの試みをしています。１．再利用材を使う ～壁、床のブリックは、某施設の取り壊しに伴い回収された材料を使用。木のエントランスまわりのゲートは、解体された住宅の母屋材を使用。２．緑あふれる空間づくり ～前庭、中庭には高木と中低木、ブッシュを、奥庭には壁面緑化と水盤、上階には、屋内およびテラスを緑化。３．CLTの導 ～最新技術のCLT材を日本より運び、トイレブースや、ロフトとして使用。４．光触媒塗料の使用 ～日本よりOptimus Paintを導入し使用。５．ペットボトル照明 ～ カフェのメインスペースにペットボトルを使用した照明器具をデザイン。
Creating Object and Space for making feel us Nature, Circumstances to feel with Nature. Inagaki Architectural Lab. pursue to design the moment and the place when and where make us feel “Return” to there.
Unit0 Saigon Cafe & Studio is our base in HCM, Vietnam as our showcase. There are some features for express our concepts. 1. re-cycle material ~ re-used brick material for wall and floor material, re-used wood purlin for new entrance wall. 2. Rich Green Space ~ Front yard and Courtyard have trees and rich greens. Backyard has green wall and water feature. Interior also has rich greenery. 3. Introduce CLT ~ CLT material is introduced from Japan for Toilet Cabin and Loft Space. 4. Photocatalyst Paint is introduced as eco-friendly material. 5. Plastic Bottle Lighting ~it is our challenge to express the different way of re-cycling the material.

エンジニアリングと素材
イナガキケンチクケンキュウショでは、設立当初より、環境やサスティナブルデザインに関心があり、一時は環境性能評価判定員の資格を取得したり、LEED認証を目標とした空港プロジェクトに参画したりと、技術や知識の習得を行っております。加えて、実際の設計での基本的な環境配慮デザインのためのエンジニアリングをプロジェクトごとに行っています。事例として、Executive Terminal Projectでは、1年を通しての太陽位置を割り出し、日射のコントロールを可能にする外装デザインを考案しました。機能性と意匠コンセプトを高めあうデザイン開発です。
また、今後は、我々の目指す、もの、空間、環境づくりにあう、素材の開発をしていきたいと考えています。３Dプリンター等の新技術が建設分野でも取り入れ始められています。イナガキケンチクケンキュウショでは、小さいもの、家具から、別の視点での素材へのアプローチを計画しています。
Inagaki Architectural Lab. have concerned about environmental issues and sustainability since our office was established. We are always updating the knowledge and skill of engineering through the evaluation systems such as LEED. In addition to that, we develop the new Eco- Oriented Design in each project, e.g, Sun Control Facade System Design in Executive Terminal Project. It comes to enhance functionality and design concept.
The Material Research and Development is also our next trial from small scale project such as furniture and unit house. It is one of our endeavor to pursue our concepts.
